Possible Causes
Airlocked or failed vibration pump, Blocked inlet line or filter, Faulty 3-way solenoid valve, Severely scaled internal passages
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug before moving the machine. Do not run the pump dry for long periods.
- Check water tank: Ensure it is full, properly seated, and the outlet valve opens when pressed.
- Remove filter: Temporarily remove the water filter to rule out blockage.
- Prime the pump:
- Fill the tank fully.
- Run the hot water function for 30–60 seconds to draw water through the system.
- Descale: Run a descale cycle to clear scale from the pump, solenoid, and thermocoil.
- Internal checks (advanced):
- Listen for the pump buzzing; if silent, test the vibration pump for continuity.
- If the pump runs but no water exits the group, check the 3-way solenoid valve for blockage.
- Repair: Replace the vibration pump if failed, or the 3-way solenoid valve if stuck or blocked.
