Machine vibrates excessively or moves on the counter during operation

Safety: Unplug before lifting or tilting the machine.

• Check feet:
  • Inspect the bottom of the machine for missing or worn rubber feet.
  • Replace any missing feet with Sage-compatible parts.
• Level surface: Place the machine on a flat, stable surface; avoid hollow or resonant countertops.
• Internal check (advanced):
  • Ensure the pump and boilers are securely mounted.
  • Tighten any loose screws or brackets.
• Repair: Replace rubber feet and pump mounts as needed to reduce vibration.
