How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Unplug the machine immediately. Do not operate a leaking appliance due to risk of electric shock.
- Identify leak source:
- Remove the drip tray and check if it is simply overflowing.
- If water is under the machine, remove the housing (advanced) and inspect while running a brief test (with extreme caution).
- Check hoses and clamps:
- Look for drips at hose connections to the pump, thermocoil, and boiler.
- Tighten or replace hose clamps as needed.
- Inspect components:
- Check the thermocoil and steam boiler for corrosion or pinhole leaks.
- Inspect plastic manifolds and fittings for cracks.
- Repair: Replace leaking silicone hoses, O-rings, or the affected thermocoil/boiler if they are the source of the leak.
