Water leaking from under the machine onto the counter

Safety: Unplug the machine immediately. Do not operate a leaking appliance due to risk of electric shock.

• Identify leak source:
  • Remove the drip tray and check if it is simply overflowing.
  • If water is under the machine, remove the housing (advanced) and inspect while running a brief test (with extreme caution).
• Check hoses and clamps:
  • Look for drips at hose connections to the pump, thermocoil, and boiler.
  • Tighten or replace hose clamps as needed.
• Inspect components:
  • Check the thermocoil and steam boiler for corrosion or pinhole leaks.
  • Inspect plastic manifolds and fittings for cracks.
• Repair: Replace leaking silicone hoses, O-rings, or the affected thermocoil/boiler if they are the source of the leak.
