Weak coffee flow or shots take much longer than usual to pour

Safety: Allow the group head to cool before disassembly.

• Adjust coffee preparation:
  • Use a slightly coarser grind and reduce dose to recommended levels.
  • Ensure even tamping and avoid overfilling the basket.
• Clean shower screen:
  • Remove the group head shower screen and screw.
  • Soak in hot water with espresso cleaner, then scrub and rinse.
• Backflush (if supported): Use a blind filter and cleaning tablet to backflush the group head and solenoid.
• Inspect filter baskets: Replace worn or clogged filter baskets if holes are blocked with coffee oils.
