Drip tray overflows quickly or does not collect drips properly.

Safety first: Unplug the machine before removing the drip tray.

• Empty and clean tray: Remove the drip tray, empty it, and wash with warm soapy water.
• Check for cracks: Inspect the tray for splits or holes; replace if damaged.
• Seat tray correctly: Slide the tray fully into place until it is flush with the front of the machine.
• Clean drain channels: Use a small brush to clear any coffee residue from the channels leading to the tray.
