How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine before removing the water tank or opening covers.
- Prime the pump: Fill the water tank completely, reseat it, then with the machine on, press the brew button without a pod holder installed to run hot water. Repeat several times to clear air.
- Check tank outlet: Ensure water flows freely from the tank valve when pressed manually.
- Descale thoroughly: Run at least one full descaling cycle to clear limescale from the pump and pressure lines.
- Clean brew head: Remove the pod holder and clean the metal filter plate and outlet holes with a soft brush or needle.
- If pump is noisy and weak: The vibratory pump may be worn and require replacement by a technician.
