Possible Causes
Loose wiring harness between sensors and control PCB, corroded connectors, damaged PCB tracks, moisture ingress on electronics
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine and keep it unplugged during all checks.
- Dry the unit: If the machine was recently exposed to steam or a spill, let it dry in a warm, dry place for 24 hours (unplugged).
- Visual inspection (advanced): Remove the outer cover and inspect the wiring harnesses and connectors for corrosion, loose plugs, or broken wires. Reseat connectors firmly.
- Check for leaks: Look for signs of water leakage around the boiler, pump, and hoses that may have dripped onto the PCB.
- Do not clean PCB with water: If contamination is visible, use isopropyl alcohol and a soft brush, then allow to dry completely.
- If error persists: The control PCB may be damaged and require replacement by a professional.
