Possible Causes

Leaking hose or O-ring in hydraulic circuit, Cracked boiler or thermoblock, Loose pump connection, Drip tray overflow into base pan

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Immediately switch OFF, unplug the machine, and do not use it until the leak is identified. Water inside the base can contact live parts.

  • Check external leaks: Inspect around the water tank, drip tray, and front panel for visible water. Empty the drip tray completely.
  • Dry base (temporary): If comfortable, remove the side or bottom panel and gently tilt the machine to drain any water from the base pan. Use paper towels to dry the area. This may temporarily clear the float switch.
  • Inspect hoses and joints (advanced): With covers removed, look for wet spots around the pump, boiler, and silicone hoses. Tighten hose clamps and replace any cracked hoses or O-rings.
  • Do not ignore recurring leaks: If water reappears or E15 returns, stop using the machine and arrange professional service. Persistent leaks can cause electrical hazards and corrosion.
