Grinder runs but no ground coffee reaches the brew group.

Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug before accessing the grinder area.

• Empty hopper: Remove all beans and run the grinder briefly to clear remaining grounds.
• Clean chute: Use a long brush or wooden skewer to gently loosen compacted grounds in the chute. Do not use metal tools.
• Vacuum debris: Use a small vacuum nozzle to remove loosened grounds from the chute and grinder outlet.
• Adjust grind: Set the grinder one step coarser to reduce compaction.
• Use drier beans: Switch to a less oily roast to prevent future blockages.
