How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug before reaching into the tray area.
- Clean tray and float: Remove the drip tray, wash it thoroughly, and ensure the internal float moves freely.
- Clean sensor area: Wipe the sensor window or switch area inside the machine to remove coffee residue.
- Reinsert tray fully: Push the tray in until it is flush with the front panel.
- If problem persists: The tray sensor or microswitch may be faulty and require replacement.
