How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and unplug before cleaning inside.

- Clean container and area: Wash the container and wipe the area where it seats to ensure proper alignment.
- Service brew group: Clean and lubricate the brew group so it ejects pucks cleanly into the container.
- If overflows continue: The machine may miscount cycles due to a PCB issue; contact service.
