Damaged water tank outlet valve, Worn or missing O-ring on tank connector, Cracked tank body, Misaligned tank seating
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine and remove the tank before cleaning up water.
- Inspect tank outlet: Check the valve and rubber seal at the bottom of the tank for cracks or deformation.
- Clean mating surfaces: Wipe the tank recess and connector on the machine to remove debris that may prevent sealing.
- Test for leaks: Fill the tank and place it on a towel off the machine. If it drips from the outlet, replace the tank or outlet seal.
- Reinsert correctly: Slide the tank straight in until fully seated. Avoid forcing it at an angle.
