How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker before working on the control panel.
- 1. Clean the surface
- Wipe the keypad with a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
- 2. Power reset
- Unplug for 5 minutes, then plug back in and test the buttons.
- 3. Dry out moisture
- If the panel was exposed to spills, allow it to dry for 24 hours unplugged.
- 4. Inspect keypad connection (advanced)
- Remove the control panel cover and reseat the keypad ribbon cable on the main PCB.
- 5. Replace keypad assembly
- If specific buttons remain unresponsive, replace the control panel keypad or entire control board assembly.
