• 1. Ensure adequate water level
  • Fill the reservoir to at least the halfway mark before brewing.
• 2. Descale the unit
  • Run a descale cycle to remove scale that can cause noisy boiling and steam pockets.
• 3. Check placement
  • Make sure the coffee maker is on a stable, level surface to reduce vibration noise.
• 4. Inspect internal tubing and mounts (advanced)
  • Unplug and remove the bottom cover.
  • Check that silicone hoses are securely attached and not banging against the housing.
  • Inspect the rubber mounts on the vibration pump; replace if hardened or broken.
• 5. Replace noisy pump
  • If the pump itself is excessively loud or rattling, replace it with a new Sunbeam-compatible pump assembly.
