Swan coffee maker produces very strong, bitter coffee even with normal coffee amounts.

• Coffee dose: Reduce the amount of coffee slightly while keeping water volume constant.

Clean flow path:

• Clean the filter basket and any permanent filter thoroughly.
• Check the shower head for blockages that might be slowing water distribution.
• Descale the machine to restore normal flow rate.
