Possible Causes

Incorrect clock setting, AM/PM or 24h misconfiguration, Lid or carafe not detected at start time, Control PCB timer logic fault

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Programming can be done with the unit plugged in but not brewing.

Programming checks:

  • Verify the current time is set correctly, including AM/PM if applicable.
  • Confirm the auto-brew time and that the auto-brew function is enabled (indicator light on).
  • Ensure water, coffee, filter, lid, and carafe are all correctly in place before the programmed time.

Interlock check:

  • If the machine detects an open lid or missing carafe at the start time, it may cancel the brew. Test by starting a manual brew to confirm all interlocks are working.

If manual brewing works but the timer never starts despite correct settings, the control PCB timer circuit may be faulty and require replacement.
