How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the unit and allow it to cool fully before attempting any cleaning. Avoid contact with hot steam.
- Check water level: Ensure the reservoir is filled above the MIN mark.
- Clean outlet: Remove and clean the shower head and filter basket outlet.
- Descale aggressively: Run two consecutive descaling cycles with approved descaler, then flush with multiple tanks of clean water.
