Possible Causes
Clogged drip outlet or shower head, Scale buildup in heating block, Weak vibration pump, Blocked silicone hose from heater to brew head
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug and allow the unit to cool before cleaning internal water paths.
- Clean filter basket and outlet: Remove the filter basket and clean the bottom outlet hole. Check the drip-stop mechanism for stuck coffee grounds.
- Clean shower head: Wipe the underside of the lid or brew head. Use a toothpick to gently clear any blocked holes.
- Descale: Run a full descaling cycle with approved descaler or a 1:1 vinegar-water mix. Follow with at least two full tanks of clean water.
- Test with water only: Brew a full pot with just water to confirm improved flow.
If the machine still stops early, the pump or internal tubing may be failing and should be checked by a technician.
