How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Allow the machine to cool before cleaning the brew head.
- Check T DISCs: Ensure you are using genuine Tassimo T DISCs that are not expired, swollen, or damaged.
- Inspect barcode: Make sure the barcode is clean and not scratched. Try a new disc from a different pack.
- Clean brew head and seal: Remove the T DISC holder and clean the brew head area, including the rubber seal, with warm water. Check for cracks or flattening of the seal.
- Descale: Run a descaling cycle to restore proper temperature and flow.
- If still weak: The brew head seal or flow meter may be worn and require replacement.
