How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Follow Tassimo's official descaling instructions and use approved descaling tablets.
- Prepare solution: Fill the water tank with fresh water and dissolve the recommended Tassimo descaling tablets.
- Insert service T DISC: Place the yellow/orange service disc in the brew head with the barcode facing down.
- Run descaling program: Start the descaling cycle and allow it to run to completion without interruption.
- Rinse thoroughly: After descaling, rinse the tank and run multiple rinse cycles with clean water to remove any remaining solution.
- Reset indicator: The descaling light should turn off automatically after a complete cycle. If it does not, repeat the cycle once more.
