How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine and wait until it is cool before working near the brew head.
- Clean piercing unit: Remove the T DISC holder and carefully clean the top and bottom piercing needles with a soft brush and warm water. Do not use sharp objects.
- Check for coffee residue: Remove any visible coffee grounds or sticky residue around the brew chamber seal.
- Descale: Run a descaling cycle to clear internal pressure lines and valves.
- Test with water-only cycle: Run a rinse cycle without a T DISC to see if water flows normally.
- If the machine still stops instantly: The pressure sensor or safety valve may be malfunctioning and should be inspected and replaced by a technician.
