How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Keep the machine unplugged while inspecting the tank and inlet.
- Check tank seating: Fill the tank fully and press it firmly onto the base until it sits flat.
- Bleed air: Plug in the machine, remove any T DISC, and run several rinse cycles. If the pump is noisy but no water flows, stop and refill the tank, then try again.
- Inspect inlet valve: Remove the tank and visually inspect the inlet port on the machine for debris. Wipe gently with a damp cloth.
- Descale: If the machine has not been descaled, run a descaling cycle to clear limescale from the pump and lines.
- If pump remains noisy with no flow: The pump may be failing mechanically or electrically and should be replaced by a technician.
