Safety first: Keep the machine unplugged while handling the tank.

• Fill tank: Ensure the tank is filled above the MIN mark.
• Inspect bottom valve: Check the rubber or plastic valve at the bottom of the tank for cracks or deformation. It should move freely when pressed.
• Reseat tank: Place the tank back on the machine, pressing down until it sits flat and secure.
• Test: Plug in and check if the water tank icon goes off. Gently wiggle the tank to see if the icon flickers, indicating a poor connection.
• If issue persists: The tank or the internal tank sensor may be faulty and may require replacement.
