How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the machine and allow it to cool before cleaning.
- Clean T DISC holder: Remove the holder and rinse thoroughly under warm water, paying attention to the outlet channels.
- Clean piercing needles: Gently brush the top and bottom piercing needles with a soft brush. Do not insert metal objects.
- Inspect seal: Check the rubber brew head seal for deformation or debris preventing a tight seal with the disc.
- Run rinse cycle: With no disc inserted, run a rinse cycle and observe where the water exits. If most water still goes to the drip tray, internal routing may be compromised.
- If internal leak suspected: A technician should inspect internal hoses and connections.
