Water drips from outlet arm even when machine is off and cold

• Level the machine: Ensure the coffee maker is on a level surface so water does not siphon unintentionally.
• Check fill level: Do not fill the reservoir above the maximum indicated level.
• Inspect outlet arm: Remove and empty any water trapped in the outlet arm. Clean and reinstall.
• Check valve (advanced): If water continues to drip when the unit is off, the internal check valve near the boiler may be leaking and require replacement.
