Coffee drips very slowly or not at all; brewing takes much longer than normal.

Safety first: Unplug and allow the machine to cool before descaling.

Steps:

• Descale: Run at least one full descaling cycle with Tefal-approved descaler. For severe scale, a second cycle may be needed.
• Clean filters: Remove and clean the filter basket, capsule holder, and any removable metal or plastic filters with warm soapy water and a soft brush.
• Check tank filter: If your tank has a removable water filter cartridge, replace it if clogged or expired.
• Flush with water: After descaling, run several cycles with fresh water to clear any loosened debris.
