• Clean brew head: Remove the capsule holder or filter. Use a cleaning tool or needle to clear the outlet holes and piercing needles.
• Run cleaning cycle: Run several cycles with water only (no coffee) to flush the brew path.
• Inspect gasket: Check the upper brew head gasket for wear or deformation. Replace if it no longer seals around the capsule or filter.
• Check diverter (advanced): Access the internal diverter valve that directs water to the cup or drip tray. Clean any scale or debris and ensure it moves freely.
