How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Unplug the unit before opening the control panel.

  • Power reset: Unplug for 5–10 minutes, then plug back in to see if the display stabilizes.
  • Inspect panel (advanced): Remove the front/top cover and check the connector between the display module and the main PCB. Reseat it firmly.
  • Check for moisture: Look for condensation or corrosion on the display board. Allow to dry thoroughly if moisture is present.

Note: If segments are permanently missing, the display module itself may need replacement.
