Carafe does not keep coffee hot as long as it used to (thermal carafe models).

Safety first: Use caution when handling hot coffee.

• Check lid: Ensure the carafe lid is fully tightened or latched according to the manual. A loose lid allows heat to escape quickly.
• Preheat carafe: Rinse the carafe with hot water and let it sit for a few minutes before brewing, then discard the water and brew.
• Inspect for damage: Look for dents or damage to the carafe body that could compromise the vacuum seal.
• Test insulation: Fill the carafe with hot water, close the lid, and check after 2–3 hours. If the water is only lukewarm, the insulation has likely failed.
• Solution: A failed thermal carafe cannot be repaired; replace it with a genuine Wolf Gourmet carafe.
