Possible Causes
Blown internal fuse on control board, Faulty power cord, Failed power switch or touch panel, Tripped GFCI outlet or house breaker
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Ensure your hands are dry and the area around the outlet is not wet.
- Check outlet: Plug a lamp or another small appliance into the same outlet to verify it has power. Reset any tripped GFCI or breaker.
- Try another outlet: Plug the Wolf Gourmet coffee maker directly into a different, known-good wall outlet (no extension cords).
- Inspect power cord: Look for cuts, kinks, or burn marks on the cord. If damaged, stop using the unit immediately.
- Check power button: Press and hold the POWER button for a few seconds. Some models require a longer press to wake the display.
- If still dead: An internal fuse or the control board power supply may have failed. These components are not user-serviceable; contact an authorized Wolf Gourmet service center.
