Water reservoir is difficult to remove or install.

Safety first: Unplug the coffee maker before forcing any parts.

• Inspect tracks: Look at the reservoir guides and tracks on the unit for coffee grounds or debris. Clean with a soft brush and damp cloth.
• Check gasket: Examine the reservoir outlet gasket for swelling or deformation. Lightly lubricate with a food-safe silicone lubricant if recommended by the manufacturer.
• Align carefully: When inserting, keep the reservoir level and aligned with the guides; do not force it at an angle.
• If plastic appears warped or cracked: Replace the reservoir with a genuine Wolf Gourmet part.
