Buttons or touch keys respond intermittently or activate by themselves.

Safety: Unplug the machine before panel removal.

• Dry the panel: If recently cleaned or exposed to steam, leave unplugged in a dry place for 24 hours.
• Clean surface: Wipe the control panel with a slightly damp cloth and then dry thoroughly.
• Inspect internal side: Remove the panel and check for condensation or corrosion on the PCB. Clean with isopropyl alcohol if minor.
• Replace keypad/UI board: If random activations persist, replace the keypad membrane or touch PCB.
