Coffee maker will not power on at all; no lights or display, even though the outlet works.

Safety: Unplug the coffee maker before any disassembly. Mains voltage is dangerous.

• Verify outlet and cord: Test the outlet with another device. Inspect the Zwilling power cord for cuts or burns. Replace the cord if damaged.
• Check power switch: If your model has a mechanical power rocker, ensure it clicks and is not stuck. Access the switch from inside and test continuity with a multimeter.
