Grinder runs but no ground coffee reaches the brew chamber; coffee comes out very weak or clear.

Safety: Unplug the machine before accessing the grinder area.

• Empty hopper: Remove beans and vacuum out loose grounds.
• Access chute: Remove the upper burr and any covers to expose the chute leading to the brew chamber.
• Clear blockage: Use a brush and wooden stick to loosen compacted grounds. Avoid metal tools that can damage plastic.
• Clean thoroughly: Wipe the chute and burrs to remove oily residue. Avoid water directly on the motor.
• Test with fresh beans: Reassemble and test with dry, medium-roast beans. Avoid very oily dark roasts if clogging recurs.
