Safety: Unplug before internal inspection.
- Check placement: Ensure the coffee maker is on a flat, stable surface. Avoid hollow or resonant countertops.
- Inspect rubber feet: Replace missing or hardened feet to restore damping.
- Open housing: Check that the vibration pump is secured in its rubber mounts and that mounting screws for major components are tight.
- Add damping: If necessary, add or replace rubber isolation mounts around the pump as per Zwilling specifications.
