How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety: Ensure good ventilation during initial uses.
- Initial cleaning: Run several full water-only brew cycles and at least one descaling cycle before making coffee.
- Clean removable parts: Wash water tank, carafe, filter basket, and any removable plastic parts with warm soapy water and rinse well.
- Monitor smell: The odor should diminish after a few uses. If it persists or is very strong, contact Zwilling support.
