Possible Causes
Brushroll bent or warped, Debris lodged in brushroll cavity, Worn brushroll bearings, Loose floor head housing screws
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the floor head.
- 1. Remove and inspect brushroll: Take out the brushroll and roll it on a flat surface. If it wobbles, it is bent and should be replaced.
- 2. Clean cavity: Remove any stones, hard debris, or buildup inside the nozzle housing that could cause imbalance.
- 3. Check bearings: Spin the brushroll ends by hand. If rough or noisy, replace the brushroll or bearing caps.
- 4. Tighten screws: Inspect the underside of the floor head and tighten any loose screws holding the housing together.
- 5. Replace head if needed: If vibration persists, replace the complete motorised floor nozzle.
