Possible Causes
Aged battery cells, Frequent use on maximum power mode, Battery stored at full charge in high temperatures, Internal cell imbalance
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspection.
- 1. Confirm mode of use: Check whether you are using the vacuum mostly on turbo/max mode. Switch to normal or eco mode for general cleaning to extend runtime.
- 2. Perform a runtime test: Fully charge the battery, then run the vacuum continuously on normal mode and time how long it operates. Compare with the runtime stated in your Beko manual.
- 3. Optimise charging habits: Avoid leaving the battery fully discharged for long periods. Recharge soon after use and store at moderate temperatures.
- 4. Replace battery if below spec: If measured runtime is significantly below specification, the battery pack is likely worn and should be replaced with a genuine Beko pack.
