Possible Causes
Warped or loose wall-mounted dock, Worn or bent dock contacts, Misaligned mounting screws, Damaged locating hooks on vacuum body
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Unplug the charger from mains before adjusting the dock.
- 1. Check wall mounting: Ensure the Beko dock is firmly fixed to the wall using the correct screws and anchors. Tighten any loose screws.
- 2. Verify alignment: Place the vacuum onto the dock and observe from the side. Adjust the dock height or angle so the contacts meet squarely.
- 3. Inspect contacts: Clean the metal contacts on both dock and vacuum with a dry cloth. Straighten any bent contacts carefully.
- 4. Test stability: Gently nudge the vacuum while on the dock. It should remain seated without losing contact.
- 5. Replace dock if damaged: If the plastic housing or hooks are cracked, replace the charging dock assembly.
