Battery Gauge Calibration Issue
Cordless vacuum’s battery indicator LEDs are inaccurate, dropping suddenly from high to empty.

Possible Causes
Battery not fully charged regularly, Ageing cells affecting voltage curve, Firmware estimation error, Infrequent full discharge cycles
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before any physical inspection.
- 1. Perform calibration cycle: Fully charge the battery until the charger indicates complete. Then run the vacuum on normal mode until it stops by itself. Recharge fully again without interruption.
- 2. Repeat if needed: One or two full cycles can help the battery management system recalibrate its capacity estimate.
- 3. Monitor behaviour: If the indicator remains erratic and runtime is also poor, the battery may be degraded and require replacement.
- 4. Avoid constant topping up: Occasionally allow the battery to discharge to the low-battery warning before recharging to maintain calibration.
