Possible Causes
Hair wrapped around mini brushroll, Worn mini tool motor, Loose electrical contacts at tool connection, Internal gear damage in mini head
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the mini motorised tool.
- 1. Clear hair and debris: Remove the mini brushroll and cut away any hair or fibres. Ensure it spins freely.
- 2. Inspect contacts: Clean the electrical contacts on the tool and mating connector with a dry cloth.
- 3. Test without load: With the brushroll removed, briefly power the tool (battery inserted, keep fingers clear). If the motor still cuts out, it may be failing.
- 4. Replace mini tool: If internal gears are stripped or the motor is weak, replace the entire mini motorised tool.
