Cordless vacuum’s mini motorised pet tool stops intermittently or has very low power.

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the mini motorised tool.

• 1. Clear hair and debris: Remove the mini brushroll and cut away any hair or fibres. Ensure it spins freely.
• 2. Inspect contacts: Clean the electrical contacts on the tool and mating connector with a dry cloth.
• 3. Test without load: With the brushroll removed, briefly power the tool (battery inserted, keep fingers clear). If the motor still cuts out, it may be failing.
• 4. Replace mini tool: If internal gears are stripped or the motor is weak, replace the entire mini motorised tool.
