Cordless vacuum’s motorised brush head does not spin, but there is still suction and no error code.

Safety first: Remove the battery and detach the motorised head.

• 1. Check for jams: Remove the brushroll and clear any hair or debris. Ensure it spins freely by hand.
• 2. Inspect belt or gear: Open the belt cover (if accessible) and check for a broken or slipped belt. Replace with the correct Beko belt if damaged.
• 3. Test motor: With the brushroll removed, briefly power the head (battery inserted, keep fingers clear). If the motor does not spin, it is likely faulty.
• 4. Check wiring: Inspect the cable from the wand to the head for cuts or kinks. Ensure connectors are fully seated.
• 5. Replace head: If the motor or internal gears are failed, replace the complete motorised floor nozzle.
