How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before inspecting mechanical joints.
- 1. Clean connection points: Wipe the wand ends and nozzle neck with a dry cloth to remove dust and debris.
- 2. Inspect locking tabs: Check that the plastic tabs or buttons that lock the wand in place are not worn or broken.
- 3. Check for cracks: Look for hairline cracks around the wand collar or nozzle neck. Replace any cracked parts.
- 4. Replace worn wand: If the wand no longer locks securely, replace it with a genuine Beko wand assembly.
