Possible Causes

Clogged dust bin cyclone assembly, Blocked wand or extension tube, Obstructed inlet at floor nozzle, Severely clogged pre-motor filter

How to Fix / Troubleshooting

Safety first: Switch OFF and remove the battery pack before clearing blockages.

  • 1. Empty the dust bin: Remove the bin from the main body and empty it completely. Tap the sides to dislodge compacted dust from the cyclone shroud.
  • 2. Inspect the cyclone: Remove the cyclone unit (if detachable on your Beko model). Look for clumps of dust or foreign objects inside the cyclone cones and at the mesh shroud. Use a soft brush to clean thoroughly.
  • 3. Check the wand and tools: Detach the wand and any tools. Push a flexible rod or broom handle gently through the wand to clear any blockage. Inspect the crevice tool and upholstery tools for obstructions.
  • 4. Clean the pre-motor filter: Remove the pre-motor filter from behind or above the dust bin. Tap off dust or wash if the manual allows. Ensure it is completely dry before refitting to avoid motor damage.
  • 5. Inspect the floor nozzle: Look into the suction channel of the motorised head. Remove any large debris, hair clumps, or objects lodged near the brushroll or neck.
  • 6. Reassemble and test: Refit all components and the battery. Run the vacuum on normal mode. If E03 persists with clear airflow, the airflow sensor or main PCB may be faulty and require replacement.
