E14
Beko
Low Voltage / Under-Voltage Lockout
Cordless vacuum shows E14 and the LED lights flicker when trying to start; unit may start briefly then cut out.

Possible Causes
Battery deeply discharged, High internal resistance in aged battery, Poor contact between battery and terminals, Faulty under-voltage detection on main PCB
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery and unplug the charger before testing.
- 1. Attempt recovery charge: Place the battery on the genuine Beko charger and leave it for several hours, even if the charger LED initially shows a fault. Some BMS circuits will slowly recover a deeply discharged pack.
- 2. Clean and reseat battery: Clean the battery and vacuum contacts with a dry cloth and reinsert firmly until it clicks.
- 3. Test with another battery: If possible, try a known-good battery. If the vacuum works normally, your original battery is likely worn out or damaged.
- 4. Avoid full depletion: In future, recharge when the first low-battery warning appears rather than running until the vacuum stops completely.
- 5. PCB fault: If E14 appears even with a good battery, the main PCB’s voltage sensing circuit may be faulty and will require replacement.
