Cordless vacuum accessory tools (crevice tool, dusting brush, mini motorized tool) have poor suction or do not spin (for motorized tools)

Safety first: Remove the battery before clearing clogs or inspecting motorized tools.

• Check main suction: Test suction at the main body without the wand or tool. If suction is strong, the issue is in the wand or accessory.
• Clear wand and tool: Inspect the wand and accessory for blockages and remove any debris.
• Inspect seals: Ensure the accessory fits snugly onto the wand or body. Replace worn or cracked tools.
• Motorized tool check: For mini motorized brushes, remove hair from the brush and check that it spins freely. If it still does not spin when the vacuum is on, the tool’s internal motor may be faulty and the entire tool should be replaced.
