Possible Causes
Clogged cyclone assembly, Dirty pre-motor filter, Blocked wand or nozzle, Air leak at dirt bin or gasket
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before cleaning or disassembly.
- Empty and clean bin: Empty the dirt tank and wipe it clean. Do not overfill beyond the MAX line.
- Clean filters: Remove and clean pre-motor and post-motor filters as recommended in the manual. Allow to dry completely before use.
- Check for clogs: Detach the wand and nozzle. Look through the wand and suction channels for obstructions and remove them.
- Inspect seals: Check the rubber gasket where the dirt bin meets the main body. Replace if cracked or deformed.
- Test without accessories: Run the vacuum with the wand and nozzle removed. If suction at the main inlet is strong, the issue is in the wand or nozzle. If suction is still weak, the cyclone assembly or motor may be partially blocked or worn and may need replacement.
