Possible Causes
Loose LED connector in nozzle, Broken LED strip, Damaged wiring harness in nozzle, Weak accessory power output
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before opening the nozzle.
- Check external connection: Detach and reattach the nozzle to the wand to ensure a solid electrical connection.
- Open nozzle housing: Remove screws or release tabs to access the LED board (if serviceable). Check for loose connectors or broken wires.
- Reseat connectors: Firmly reconnect any plug-in connectors to the LED board.
- Replace LED board or nozzle: If the LED strip is visibly damaged or still does not light, replace the LED board or entire nozzle assembly, depending on parts availability.
- Test with another nozzle: If a second nozzle’s LED also fails, the main body’s accessory power circuit may be faulty and require PCB replacement.
