Possible Causes
Uneven hair buildup on brush roll, Bent brush roll shaft, Missing brush bristles, Worn brush bearings
How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Turn OFF and remove the battery before touching the brush roll.
- Clean brush roll: Remove the brush roll and thoroughly clean off all hair, string, and debris from the bristles and end caps.
- Inspect for damage: Check if the brush roll is straight and that bristles are evenly worn. A warped or heavily worn brush can cause vibration and should be replaced.
- Check bearings: Spin the brush roll by hand. If it wobbles or feels rough, replace the brush roll assembly.
- Verify nozzle assembly: Ensure the brush roll seats properly in its mounts and that the nozzle housing is not cracked or warped.
- Replace components: If vibration persists after cleaning, replace the brush roll and, if necessary, the entire floor nozzle assembly.
