How to Fix / Troubleshooting
Safety first: Remove the battery before touching the brush roll.

- Clean thoroughly: Cut away hair and fibers from the bristles and end caps. Ensure the brush spins freely by hand.
- Inspect bearings and end caps: Check for melted plastic, rough rotation, or seized bearings. Replace the brush roll if damaged.
- Check drive system: Inspect any belt or gear mechanism for breakage or wear. Replace the belt or gear set if necessary.
- Test brush motor: With the brush removed, briefly run the vacuum and feel for motor vibration at the nozzle. If the motor does not run or BR returns immediately, replace the brush motor or complete nozzle assembly.
